Healing Together

Your face is full of agony
and tears run down along your cheek.
I embrace your shaking body
and hear you sigh.

We sit beside each other
as your tears quietly fall down.

Suddenly your eyes begin to shine
and you tell me about your dream last night:

In the middle of a summer meadow
we roll back and forth laughing
holding each other tight,
enjoying the ecstasy of life.

We sit beside each other
as our tears quietly fall down
awaiting for summer,
awaiting for tomorrow,
loving each other in the present.
